Loopivaa Technologies is an independent educational brand offering skill-first courses in front-end development, backend systems, AI, cloud, prompt engineering, and job interview preparation. Our mission is to prepare students for real-world jobs through expert-led guidance, practical training, and mentorship.

We aim to equip students with the necessary skills and mindset to succeed in their chosen field. However, we do not guarantee job placement or hiring at any company.

2. Expert-Led Training

All training sessions and course modules are designed and delivered by IT professionals currently working in the industry, including software developers, AI engineers, and cloud specialists with years of practical experience. These trainers may operate in both online and offline modes, depending on the batch type.

You’ll be learning directly from those who’ve been part of hiring panels, product teams, and startup tech ecosystems — not just academic tutors.

3. Course Enrollment & Batches

• Courses are delivered in batch formats, with options for both online live sessions and offline classroom experiences (available in selected cities).

• Once a student fills out the enrollment form, our team will contact the student within 12 hours to confirm the course interest and provide a detailed consultation.

• Based on this conversation, batch timing, schedule, and course structure will be shared via call or email.

4. Fees & Payment Conditions

• Fees must be paid in advance before the batch begins.
  No partial or post-course payments are accepted unless explicitly mentioned in the course offer.

• Fees are non-refundable unless a refund clause is stated under a special promotional campaign.

• The fee structure depends on the selected course (Starter, Pro, or Mastery), and may vary based on additional services like:

  • 1-on-1 mentorship

  • Resume and LinkedIn review

  • Access to premium tools

  • Live project work

• All transactions are secured and a payment receipt will be shared upon confirmation.

5. Learning Access & Support

• Course materials, video lectures, assignments, and bonus content are provided through our LMS or Google Drive access.

• All students will receive lifetime access to the materials unless otherwise specified.

• Doubt resolution and mentor interaction will be available via group calls, live sessions, or private 1-on-1 sessions depending on the plan selected.

6. Student Conduct & Usage

• Students must respect the digital classroom environment. Any abusive behavior, harassment, or misuse of materials will result in account suspension without refund.

• All course content is copyright-protected. You may not record, redistribute, or share the course content outside the Loopivaa platform without written permission.

7. Contact & Communication

• All communication (course info, schedule, payment links, and feedback) will be done through email, WhatsApp, or official phone calls from Loopivaa representatives.

• Response time for support queries is within 12–24 working hours.

8. Liability & Guarantee Disclaimer

• Loopivaa does not guarantee placement, salary, or hiring at any company.

• Our platform focuses on career readiness, interview prep, and skill growth to improve your employability.

• Final hiring decisions depend on the recruiting company and the student’s individual performance and consistency.
